Dovecote
The Dovecote is a comfortable first floor double bedroom with a vanity basin in the room. It also has its own private bathroom, which is adjacent to the room. These facilities include a bath and a shower.
Granary
The Granary is a spacious light airy first floor twin bedded room, with panoramic views over an adjacent grazing meadow frequently occupied by cattle. It has a vanity basin in the room itself, as well as its own en suite facilities with a shower. It can be linked with to the Hayloft which is an adjacent double room. The two rooms together form a spacious family suite. When the Granary is used as a stand alone twin room, the access door to the Hayloft is locked.
Please note that The Family Suite when comprised of the two linked rooms, has one ensuite.
Hayloft
The Hayloft is a charming first floor double bedroom with its own en suite facilities with a shower. This room has a separate access staircase. The Hayloft can be linked to the adjacent twin room, the Granary, to form a spacious family suite. When used as a stand alone double room, the access door to the Granary is locked.
Please note that The Family Suite when comprised of the two linked rooms, has one ensuite.
Parlour
The Parlour is a twin bedded room on the ground floor. It is directly accessible from the garden pathway. It has its own en suite facilities with a shower. The room is particularly enhanced by its panoramic views over the grazing meadow, frequently occupied by cattle.
Piggery
The Piggery is a twin bedded room on the ground floor. It is directly accessible from the garden pathway. It has its own en suite facilities with a shower. It is ideal for short stays in the Newark area.
All of the rooms are served by a communal Breakfast area.
